Help Mothers In Need This Mother’s Day

Sisters Rising Worldwide is partnering with the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet to provide much-needed resources to the hundreds of mothers and their children whom the Sisters serve in their program, Learning In Style which is located in the metropolitan area of St. Paul, MN.   Having suffered trauma, torture, or trafficking, the women come to the Sisters to learn English, math, computer and job skills, and citizenship and have access to free childcare while they attend class; all in an environment of sincere support and respect for all.

When resources are scarce, basic needs pile up.  Their greatest need now?  Diapers and paper products! Will you help?

There are two ways you can help:

Purchase Items:  The school is in need of diapers (Size 1-6) as well as toilet paper and paper towels.  You can purchase the items on your own and have them delivered to: 1237 Goodrich Avenue, St. Paul, MN, 55105.  Please send all packages to the attention of Sister Irene O’Neill.

All items and donations need to be made by Friday, April 30^th and will be delivered to the school the day before Mother’s Day thanks to our generous transportation sponsor, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
