This month, the SRW team is thrilled to launch an exciting new feature in the PeaceRoom, The PeaceRoom Assistant! The PeaceRoom Assistant is a chatbot – a computer program built to simulate human conversation. Chatbots allow users to interact with them as if they were talking to another person.
We’ve designed the PeaceRoom Assistant chatbot to be a friendly guide for our Sisters, available to answer their questions about SRW and the PeaceRoom platform. With the PeaceRoom Assistant, Sisters are always connected to the help they need, right when they need it. It is available to them any time day or night, and can be used in a Sister’s native language.
Sisters can find the PeaceRoom Assistant on every screen in the PeaceRoom. They just click the question mark in the green circle and then ask any questions they have, like how to reset a password, connect with other Sisters, launch funding campaigns, and more. The PeaceRoom Assistant is with them every step of the way, and its knowledge is always growing!
