Thanks to a grant from Sisters Rising Worldwide, the Australian Catholic Religious Against Trafficking in Humans (ACRATH), brought together 45 high school students in Australia to learn about human trafficking, and create an awareness video to be shared in their communities.

While researching, the students focused on consumer impact on child slavery and exploitation in the production of coffee beans. They shared findings with their school community and challenged the school to make their campus 'slavery free' with respect to coffee. They chose Fairtrade endorsed coffee beans, ran coffee tastings amongst staff and students, and subsequently chose one brand of coffee to be offered in the school cafeteria, senior students hub, and staffrooms. They then produced a short video detailing their project.
